TML Recruitment is a search and selection firm specialising in property and real estate, serving businesses in the UK, the Middle East and the United States. It offers permanent staffing, temporary and contract staffing, and retained search, which combines retained executive search, global talent mapping and leadership pipelining programmes. It says it has real experience relocating talent between the three regions.

Tom Loseby founded the firm in 2018 and is its Managing Director. The firm places people ranging from chief executives at major developers to general practice surveyors in boutique consultancies, and its consultants also cover homebuilding and construction. It has offices in London and Dubai. It donates £25 for every successful placement to a charity chosen by the client.
