TK Bouw

TK Bouw is one of three labels inside TK Ventures Group, a Dutch staffing group that works under the line samen werken aan morgen. The group is split into TK Infra, TK Bouw and TK Installatietechniek, each concentrating on its own field of expertise, staffed by people who speak the language of the sector and understand what a project actually needs. The group states that it does not simply supply people but supplies impact, putting the right vakmensen in the right place at the right moment, always with the same mindset: involved, flexible and professional.

TK Bouw supports aannemers and developers with experienced professionals in woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw and renovation work, contributing to demanding projects with an eye on quality and planning. Alongside it, TK Infra concentrates on large and complex projects in underground infrastructure such as cables, pipelines and network expansion, where its people know the technical challenges and work safely and efficiently. TK Installatie supplies tradespeople for electrical, mechanical and sustainable installations, from new build through to renovation, providing the specialists that keep a project running smoothly. The group works in the Netherlands and presents a named team rather than a switchboard. Kevin Köhler and Ruben Tappel are Managing Partners. Danique Harberink and Lars Duyvestijn are Senior Consultants, Fabienne van Gurp, Joshua Ten Cate and Che Steutel are Consultants, and Lily van der Zon is Operations Manager. Clients and candidates reach the business either through the contact page for the group or through the pages of the individual label they need, and the site is published in Dutch throughout.
