Titan Staffing Systems

Titan Staffing Systems is a staffing firm that focuses on light industrial work. It was founded in William Almonte's garage in 1998, and AOL was an early client.

The company supplies temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire staff. For direct hire roles it recruits candidates and carries out initial screening and reference checks. The roles it places include administration personnel, assembly workers, forklift operators, managers and supervisors, quality control specialists, and shipping and receiving laborers.

Titan says it works with employers in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut and places people nationally. Its corporate office is in Passaic, New Jersey, and it also has offices in New York, Texas, Florida and Pennsylvania. It reports turnover of less than 10% and says half of its business comes from client referrals.
