Tine Pöppe Consulting

Tine Pöppe Consulting is a boutique German recruitment and HR consulting firm founded and led by Christine (Tine) Pöppe. The company specialises in two integrated service areas: interim recruiting and HR support, and Personalberatung (executive search and recruitment consulting) for qualified specialist and management-level placements.

Pöppe's approach emphasises high transparency, reliability and respectful treatment of all parties. She develops deep client knowledge to understand organisational needs, culture, requirements and aspirations. The company matches candidates and organisations only when a genuine fit exists, focusing on finding perfect matches rather than filling vacancies quickly. Personalberatung engages candidates and employers only on commission after both parties have signed a contract, ensuring aligned incentives. Interim recruiting and HR services operate on flexible, modular hourly contracts tailored to client needs, typically delivered remotely.

Service offerings include interim recruiting with active sourcing, social media recruiting, capability and qualification profile definition, target audience analysis, recruitment strategy development, contract negotiation, job posting drafting and placement, candidate selection, talent pipeline building, interview management, KPI monitoring and reporting, and executive leadership guidance. HR interim services include HR process design and optimisation, personnel and employee conversation facilitation, onboarding and offboarding support, feedback management, and employer brand development. The company operates from Lauenburg/Elbe.
