TigiForce Uitzendbureau

TigiForce Uitzendbureau is a dedicated recruitment agency specialising in matching technical professionals with businesses across the Netherlands. Founded on the principle that quality matters more than scale, TigiForce has deliberately remained a boutique operation to deliver exceptional service and personal attention to both candidates and clients. The agency's core strength lies in understanding that successful placements require genuine relationship-building, thorough vetting of candidates, and a commitment to long-term retention rather than quick placements.

TigiForce specialises in recruitment across four primary sectors: metal fabrication and engineering, construction and carpentry, installation technology, and office support roles. The agency maintains an active database of vetted technical professionals and continuously sources candidates to match specific client requirements. Whether clients need skilled tradespeople for immediate vacancies or are seeking to build longer-term staffing solutions, TigiForce provides tailored recruitment services backed by industry expertise and personal knowledge of each candidate's capabilities.

Based in Capelle aan den IJssel, TigiForce serves clients throughout the Netherlands with a commitment to reliability and accessibility. The agency distinguishes itself through transparent practices including guaranteed on-time salary and invoice payments, openness to collaborating with freelancers and self-employed professionals, and availability seven days a week outside standard office hours. Founded by Jeffrey and Wim Brand, the agency treats every candidate and client as a valued colleague rather than a transaction, ensuring both parties remain satisfied throughout the employment relationship.
