Tiempa Personalleasing

Tiempa Personalleasing GmbH is a German personnel services company in Langen that specialises in Zeitarbeit and Personaldienstleistungen for the Gebäudetechnik, the building services trades. It brings jobseekers and companies together and says its listings cover every job level, from Berufsanfänger through qualified Fachkräfte to people entering or returning to the labour market, with the range of vacancies shaped by the wishes and requirements of its client companies. Candidates apply free of charge through the company's own job portal and are told they will be contacted as quickly as possible.

The trades it recruits for are named directly in its Jobprofile: Heizungstechniker, Sanitärmonteure and Lüftungstechniker, in other words heating, plumbing and ventilation specialists. Candidates choose between working as a Zeitarbeiter and being placed directly through Personalvermittlung, and companies are offered the same two routes, Zeitpersonal or direct Personalvermittlung and Personalleasing, so they can plug the gaps where they are short of people with staff who bring the right expertise from the first day. The company also places Fachkräfte from Poland, as temporary workers or through direct placement, and publishes its website in German and Polish so that foreign specialists have an easier entry into the German working world.

The office is at Lutherstrasse 26 in Langen, and enquiries are handled on 06103/9022-0 and at [email protected]. Four qualities are set out as the basis of the service: professionalism, meaning fast and targeted placements built on years of experience; reliability, being available as a contact for any matter at any time; quality, through professional personnel staff, all round support and intensive advice; and individual attention, treating each placement as a separate case shaped by the preferences of the person involved. Separate application and enquiry forms serve candidates and employers, and the company publishes a Hinweisgeberschutz page alongside its Impressum and Datenschutz notices.
