Tidewater Recruiting Associates

Tidewater Recruiting Associates is a boutique recruiting firm specialising in manufacturing and industrial recruitment since 2008. The company finds exceptional candidates for operations, engineering and maintenance roles by employing a distinctive approach that listens to client needs and delivers results quickly. With one of the strongest guarantees in the industry, Tidewater Recruiting Associates has built a reputation for understanding that great employees are often not actively job searching, requiring specialist recruitment expertise to identify and engage passive candidates who represent genuine competitive advantage.

The company specialises across multiple core sectors including chemical manufacturing, building products, paper, glass, metal and food production. Within these industries, Tidewater Recruiting Associates recruits for senior leadership positions such as plant managers and vice presidents of manufacturing, alongside specialised roles including supply chain directors, process engineers, electrical engineers with PLC and VFD experience, maintenance managers, reliability technicians and systems engineers. The breadth of their expertise spans operations, engineering and maintenance functions, with recruiters possessing an average of 15 years of industry experience combined with successful senior-level careers across different manufacturing sectors.

Tidewater Recruiting Associates operates globally, conducting searches across Europe, South America, Asia and Australia to source the right talent for client requirements. Based in Darien, Georgia, the company serves manufacturing and industrial businesses seeking candidates who want the role, can excel in the position and fit organisational culture. Their recruiters' combined experience in both recruitment and senior manufacturing positions enables them to identify the most talented person for each role, not simply the best candidate available, making them a trusted partner for businesses requiring competitive advantage through exceptional talent acquisition.
