Ti Recruit

Ti Recruit is a recruitment company established in October 2020 specialising in recruitment, sourcing, search, and headhunting of IT professionals in the innovative technology industry. The firm's mission is to match dream talents and teams with amazing opportunities, ensuring both organisations and individuals evolve and progress. Ti Recruit aims to become the partner of choice for clients and candidates through recruitment services focused on quality, trust, and efficiency.

The company specialises primarily in IT professional recruitment and headhunting, serving technology sector clients seeking software developers, engineers, and other technology talent. Ti Recruit emphasises developing relationships and building trust as key to achieving its vision of trusted partnership. The firm offers both recruitment and headhunting services for candidates and clients, plus consulting services in recruitment, employer branding, and administration.

Ti Recruit operates a job portal where candidates can submit CVs and employers can post openings. The company maintains a centralised focus on IT sector specialisation rather than generalist recruitment services. The firm's approach emphasises matching talent with opportunities where both candidate and employer can genuinely thrive and build long-term professional relationships.
