Thryve is a technology recruitment business serving the DACH region, which covers Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It places permanent and contract staff and works with high-growth companies, scale-ups and global organisations. It says it also acts as a strategic hiring partner, advising clients on how they attract, assess and secure talent.

Thryve focuses on three markets: energy and digital infrastructure, including grid modernisation, energy trading and renewables; deep tech and applied science, including AI, robotics, health tech and research engineering; and cloud and cyber infrastructure, including DevOps, SRE, cybersecurity and platform engineering. It also hires for software engineering and digital transformation roles.

The company says it has worked with over 650 businesses since 2014 and that its network includes more than 150,000 engineers, technologists and industry leaders. It has offices in Berlin and London.
