Amanda Ellis brings 20 years of legal recruiting experience since 2006, having placed hundreds of attorneys in their ideal roles. Prior to founding Thrive Legal Search, Ellis served as Senior Vice President at Adecco Group's U.S. legal recruiting brands (Special Counsel and Parker and Lynch Legal, now LHH Recruitment Solutions). She previously practiced commercial bankruptcy law in Massachusetts and Texas. Ellis has published a book titled The 6Ps of the BIG 3 for Job-Seeking JDs teaching lawyers how to leverage social media for job search success.
