THOMAS Recruitment Group is a recruitment business with its head office in Cardiff. Managing Director Jason Thomas started it as Paramount Recruitment, which opened its first office in Pontypridd before rebranding as THOMAS Recruitment. The company says it has been in business for more than 15 years.

It supplies temporary and permanent staff through divisions covering Industrial, Managed Services, Public Sector, Driving, Commercial, Professional and FMCG. The industrial division serves the manufacturing sector, the public sector division provides approved temporary and permanent recruitment to public sector organisations, and the driving division offers temporary and permanent driving recruitment. It says it developed its own recruitment model to build custom solutions, and it operates managed services in Birmingham, Coventry, Ebbw Vale, Merthyr Tydfil and Redditch.

Besides Cardiff, it has offices in Bristol, Blackwood and Cheltenham. In the West Midlands it supplies temporary, permanent and temp-to-perm staff to employers across Birmingham, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Walsall, Solihull, West Bromwich and Redditch. It reports 242 clients in the UK, 40 experts and a 98% client retention rate.
