Thomas Executive is a Sydney-based recruitment agency that helps clients nationwide hire in accounting, finance, collections and non-bank lending. Its listed specialisms also include debt collection, novated leasing, public sector, mining and civil, digital marketing and communications, and medical recruitment.

The firm was founded by Nathan Thomas, a Chartered Accountant and former CFO, with Maikol Nobrega also named as co-founder.
