Think Recruit

Think Recruit is a staffing service for the water industry in Australia and New Zealand. It was created to provide specialised staffing solutions exclusively for the Think Water Group and its Strategic Preferred Supplier network, and it says it works only with that group and its Preferred Suppliers, a partnership it describes as more than 15 years old.

It recruits for technical trades such as pump and irrigation installation technicians, plumbing and electrical fitters and water filtration technicians. It also fills sales, operational and management roles, engineering and drafting positions, office support and customer service jobs, project roles, and procurement, purchasing, stores and logistics positions. It describes its work as sourcing technical and executive talent.

Think Recruit says it has 100 years of candidate and client experience in-house, and that many of its clients outsource their recruitment function to it. It charges a flat rate fee calculated on a sliding scale of the annual salary.
