Therapy Source

Therapy Source is a national school-based therapy staffing company founded in 2001 and headquartered in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. It was founded by Joshua and Stacey Cartagenova, and Joshua Cartagenova is co-owner and CEO. The company says all of its work is in education, and it partners with K-12 school districts, charter schools, early intervention programs and special education cooperatives nationwide.

It places speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, school psychologists, BCBAs, special education teachers, paraprofessionals and RBTs in school-based roles. Assignments can be on-site or virtual, full-time or part-time, short-term or long-term. The company says it supports both the district and the provider throughout each placement.

Therapy Source runs TheraWeb, an online platform that it says has powered school teletherapy services since 2008. It reports a network of more than 1,500 active therapists and educators, more than 1.5 million hours of therapy and special education services delivered, and a team of more than 50 staff.
