Theophany Staffing

Theophany Staffing, Inc. is a privately-owned staffing agency based in Naperville, Illinois serving the Greater Chicago metropolitan area for over 15 years. Founded by Tracy McLean, the firm was established to provide a distinctly different staffing experience focused on people, purpose, and genuine connections rather than profits and volume. The company operates with an intimate, friendly environment where job openings and candidates are matched by experienced consultants who know each client personally.

The firm provides staffing services across administrative, clerical, sales, human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and customer service support roles. Theophany Staffing offers both direct hire and temporary placement solutions with flexible rates customised to meet specific client needs. The company guarantees placement satisfaction with a policy refunding fees if a direct hire employee terminates within the first 30 days.

Theophany Staffing serves small and medium-size businesses throughout Chicago and surrounding areas, including Fortune 500 companies. The firm provides job seeker services at no charge, with recruiting companies paying fees. Services for candidates include career counselling, resume writing, interview preparation, and salary negotiation. The company's success stems from personal, hands-on service ensuring nobody gets lost in the system.
