The Technical and Engineering Network (TEN) is an independently owned and managed recruitment business based in Perth, Western Australia. It places candidates with employers in the technical and engineering markets and says its recruiters have over 70 years of combined experience. Its services cover contract, permanent and executive recruitment.

TEN recruits for the construction, infrastructure, mining, renewables, oil and gas, water and utilities, and manufacturing sectors. Mining roles include mine managers, mining engineers and mine planners. Its manufacturing and operations clients span industries such as defence, automotive and agriculture. It works with employers across Australia, says it has worked in the mining and water sectors for over 13 years, and is a member of the Australian Water Association.

Nik Hardiman founded the company, and Lee Plant is also a director. The office is in Osborne Park, Perth.
