The work is split into four divisions. Engineering covers renewable energy, civil, mining and industrial roles. Financial Services covers banking, asset management and insurance, at mid to senior and specialist level. Information Technology covers software development, cybersecurity, data analysis and leadership roles. A Commercial/Financial team recruits for finance, HR, sales, marketing, logistics and operations. Besides permanent recruitment, it offers contract to permanent, RPO and MSP services, and its clients range from small owner-managed businesses to large corporations.
It has offices in Observatory, Midrand and Bellville, and a consultant based in Namibia covers Southern Africa.
