The Talent Collective

The Talent Collective offers Talent Acquisition as a Service, providing elevated hiring without long-term commitment through offices in Amsterdam and Dubai with a global talent team. The company has the reach and network to support clients across EMEA, Asia Pacific, and the Americas. Leveraging experience from leading tech firms, the company offers on-demand talent acquisition services to help clients scale hiring efforts efficiently during periods of growth or change.

The firm provides two core services: Talent Acquisition as a Service, where a dedicated talent partner manages the full hiring process, stakeholder and candidate relationships, with expertise in tech, non-tech, and leadership roles across EMEA, Asia, and the East Coast USA. Sourcing as a Service delivers precisely targeted profiles tailored to immediate hiring demands or future talent strategies, with particular strength in niche professionals, market insights, and global talent pipeline building. The Talent Collective executes global searches meeting any hiring need.

Founded by Sahiba Watson and Hannah Raju, experienced global talent acquisition leaders who have built and led talent teams for LinkedIn, Uber, and Getir, the company brings deep expertise in supporting founders and businesses at any stage from seed-funded to post-IPO. The team has worked for household names across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas in industries spanning venture capital, private equity, SaaS, consumer technology, fintech, edtech, e-commerce, and food delivery. The Talent Collective champions diversity as central to thriving businesses and helps companies implement practical measures enhancing diversity across teams.
