Shortlist

Shortlist is a Copenhagen-based recruitment business that focuses on candidate sourcing. It presents the service as an alternative to job adverts and to traditional recruitment agencies, and its search is based on individual storytelling and employer branding.

Shortlist maps the market for suitable candidates, often passive ones who are not applying for jobs, and approaches them individually with tailored messages. It also clarifies factors such as willingness to relocate, motivation and salary range before presenting three to five candidates. It says these are delivered within three to four weeks, directly into the client's own recruitment process. The client keeps ownership of the interviews and the hiring decision. It says it offers one process and one price, however many people are hired.

It recruits for specialist and management roles across Denmark, with marketing and sales, finance, management and HR, IT, law, and pharma and life sciences among its listed areas. It says it serves Copenhagen, Aarhus, Aalborg and Odense.
