The Staffing People UK

The Staffing People is a hospitality recruitment agency operating across the United Kingdom, connecting great people with hospitality businesses through streamlined staffing services. The firm specialises in providing temporary and flexible staffing solutions for events, venues, and hospitality teams, operating through a client portal designed to provide full visibility and control throughout the booking and event management process. With 6,214 active staff in their network, the company achieves 32-39 minutes average booking completion time and maintains a 94% client satisfaction rate.

The Staffing People's process design emphasises simplicity and transparency. Clients submit staffing requirements through their portal, the team selects the best available staff matching the event and client requirements, clients track progress in real time as staff confirmations are made, and after events, clients approve timesheets and rate staff to continually refine team composition. The live staffing board provides transparency on all bookings, showing staffing positions, confirmations, and fulfilment metrics. Their approach recognises that hospitality businesses need reliable people quickly, without the complexity of traditional recruitment.

The company serves the hospitality and events sector across the UK, matching bar staff, waiting staff, kitchen staff, supervisors, and other hospitality roles to venues and events. The firm describes itself as having reimagined hospitality recruitment, emphasising that great people drive great experiences and that reliable staffing should be simple, transparent, and built for speed.
