The Rogan Group, Inc. is an executive search firm that recruits for Accounting and Finance, Insurance, Legal and Wealth Management. It has operated since 1991 and was founded by Dan Rogan, who is president and a past board member and president of the National Insurance Recruiters Association. The firm has its headquarters in Maryland and recruiters across the country.

It fills sales, leadership and support roles at local, regional and national levels. Its insurance work covers brokerage, carrier and risk management talent, with recruiters assigned to regions including the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic. The legal practice serves law firms and corporate legal teams, including in-house counsel roles, and the wealth management practice covers advisors and leaders.

The firm also runs TRG Temp, which provides flexible staffing for short-term and contract needs. It says its recruiters have over 125 years of combined experience and that it makes over 100 placements a year.
