The Recruiting Guy

The Recruiting Guy is a global recruiting firm based in Chicago offering international talent acquisition solutions through a curated network of 136+ local recruiters across 68 countries. The company specialises in helping US-based organisations expand their international hiring whilst navigating the complex challenges of cross-border recruitment, including cultural barriers, time zone differences, and country-specific legal requirements. By leveraging local expertise on the ground, the firm eliminates traditional obstacles to successful international recruitment.

The company's core insight is that successful international hiring requires local knowledge and cultural understanding. The Recruiting Guy's global network of experienced local recruiters understands country-specific nuances, job board regulations, and legal requirements that US recruiters typically lack. This local expertise accelerates the hiring process and eliminates costly mistakes that can arise from unfamiliar regulatory landscapes.

The Recruiting Guy provides both global recruiting services and executive headhunting (coming soon). Their client savings data reveals significant cost efficiencies through international hiring, with average savings ranging from 8% to 85% depending on the target market.
