The Recruiter is a recruitment agency in Dublin that places go-to-market staff with SaaS and tech companies. It was founded by John Kennedy, launched in 2020 and is registered as TechR Ltd, operating under an Irish employment agency licence.
It works with venture-backed SaaS and tech companies from Pre-Seed through Series C. The roles it recruits include VP Sales, Sales Director, Account Executive, SDR, BDR, Head of Marketing, demand generation, revenue operations, customer success, partner manager and sales engineer positions. It offers three models: Recruitment as a Service, a subscription arrangement with a dedicated recruiter and the fee spread across 12 months; embedded recruitment, with a recruiter integrated into the client's team; and permanent recruitment through retained and executive search.
The agency recruits across Ireland, the UK, the Nordics, DACH and wider EMEA, and supports Irish companies expanding into North America. It says it has placed more than 200 GTM hires and delivers a fully assessed shortlist within 10 to 15 working days of the briefing call.
