It handles recruitment, visa processing, compliance and worker onboarding. It serves automotive, building and construction, manufacturing, agriculture, heavy equipment, infrastructure, mining, energy, healthcare, education, hospitality and technology clients. In automotive it places mechanics, diesel mechanics, panel beaters, spray painters and service advisors.

TPRC was started by Greg Holmsen, its Managing Director, who entered international recruitment in 2007. The company says it has 15 years of experience recruiting from the Philippines, more than 3,500 placements, a 98% retention rate and a two-year replacement guarantee.
