The Perillo Group

The Perillo Group is a recruiting and staffing firm that places candidates nationwide, specialising in engineering, construction, architecture, finance, HR and supply chain roles. Its specialties also include legal, marketing and design, pharmaceutical and veterinary placements.

The firm was founded by Jason Perillo, an experienced recruiter who felt that personal attention was missing from the industry. It says it takes a consultative approach, with its recruiters working as an extension of the client's business. They learn each client's business model, successes, challenges and corporate culture, then define the experience, skills, soft skills and personal attributes each role requires.

The company works both with employers that need to fill roles and with job seekers looking for new positions. Its mailing address is in Southeastern, Pennsylvania.
