It was founded by Brendan Aronson and Tim Hsia. General CQ Brown, Jr., a former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, sits on its board.
The firm recruits veteran executives for roles such as C-suite positions (CEO, CFO, COO, CTO), general manager, vice president, business development manager, operations and finance. Its clients include PE-backed platforms, VC-backed defence tech and dual-use companies, SaaS and technology businesses, aerospace and manufacturing companies, and residential, professional and industrial services firms. It conducts senior searches nationwide.
The company says its team has more than 50 years of combined experience and that it has placed more than 100 leaders. It also reports that most searches close in under 60 days and that its placements have a failure rate below 5% in the first 36 months. It says most of its work comes from referrals and that it limits the number of searches it takes on.
