The Lucas Group is an Australian recruitment firm that specialises in agriculture. Since 1990 it has provided executive search, recruitment and human resource consulting across agriculture, horticulture and viticulture, supporting food and fibre production. It says it has over 30 years of experience in agricultural executive recruitment.

Its executive search work covers board, C-suite and senior roles in agribusiness. Recruitment covers operations, technical, sales and supply chain roles, and it places candidates from specialist agronomists to chief executive officers.
