The Keva Dine Agency is a recruiting and talent scouting firm that specialises in creative, design and marketing roles. It was founded in 2001 by Keva Marie Dine, a former art director and brand designer, who leads it as founder and CEO. The agency works with companies from emerging startups to established brands, and places candidates from junior level to C-suite.
Clients can retain the agency for a search, which gives them access to its Hot List, a group of vetted candidates that joins by invitation only. For clients it also provides salary and job description audits, regular reporting and 30/60/90-day onboarding plans. Candidates receive application and interview guidance during the hiring process. The agency also runs Career Lab courses and a LinkedIn Tune-Up service to help people build their personal brands and get hired.
