The Keepers

the Keepers (Die Keepers) is the Netherlands' top-rated hospitality staffing agency (uitzendbureau horeca), operating from their base in Breda. The company's mission is simple: to become the best-reviewed hospitality staffing agency in the Netherlands. They achieve this through a commitment to quality and consistent high standards, with an average rating of 9.5 given by both employers and employees.

The company operates across multiple locations in the Brabant region including Breda, Den Bosch, Tilburg, and Eindhoven. They specialise in matching trained hospitality professionals with employers who need reliable, quality staff. The agency offers flexible working arrangements, allowing staff to determine where and when they work, with payment within one week of service.

The Keepers differentiates itself through a quality guarantee: if a staff member is insufficiently trained, employers receive their money back. They work with a broad range of hospitality clients and maintain an online job board for candidates seeking permanent and temporary roles.
