The Independent Recruiter Hub Limited

The Independent Recruiter Hub (TIRH) provides tools and support network for experienced recruiters to set up their own business, allowing members to focus purely on sales and maximise their earnings. The company takes away the pain typically associated with running an independent recruitment business and removes barriers stopping recruiters from establishing themselves independently. Based in the United Kingdom and registered in England and Wales under company registration number 10571268, the hub connects self-motivated recruiters seeking to maximise their earnings and tailor their working arrangements.

TIRH offers comprehensive business support and mentoring, providing free access to customer relationship management systems and shared candidate databases, bullet-proof systems to maximise earnings, and positioning members to increase earnings by up to four times compared to traditional recruitment employment arrangements. The hub recognises that money motivation drives many recruiters and that working with the Independent Recruiter Hub increases earning potential whilst enabling members to tailor their working week to personal circumstances. Members gain autonomy and control as their own boss, with freedom to choose their own KPIs or eliminate them entirely, earn the money they want, and work the hours they prefer.

Beyond systems and support, TIRH provides branding and website design through a favoured designer, integrated recruitment technology systems including the Bullhorn CRM with access to shared candidates across hub members, advertising across leading job boards and CV database access, accountancy services including annual accounts preparation and tax submissions, and interim finance and administration support for managing temporary staffing cash flow. The hub operates on a 70:30 earnings split in members' favour, with major costs covered by the hub itself and no upfront membership fees.
