The IMK Group

The IMK Group is a family and faith-based business focused on helping clients find and recruit new employees. Founded by Scott and Ashley Pierce, the company specialises in helping human resources and talent acquisition teams find the best potential employees faster, easier, and with fewer expenses than large corporate recruiters and head-hunter agencies. Scott has been helping clients with technology and HR needs since 2005. The company's name reflects the three children of Scott and Ashley: Isla, Mia, and Krew (IMK).

Based in Hudsonville, Michigan, with founders who attended Western Michigan University and were born and raised in West Michigan, the firm brings deep regional knowledge and personal investment to their recruitment services. The IMK Group works with HR leaders facing ultra-competitive hiring challenges, using multiple avenues when searching for clients' next star employees. Their approach emphasises partnership, listening to client needs and filling open positions quickly, understanding purpose through connecting qualified, quality job seekers with personalised outreach, and delivering profit by growing teams at a fraction of the cost compared to large corporate recruiters and agencies.

The firm's service philosophy centres on people, process, purpose, and profit. Their talent-finding solutions recognise that finding great talent is challenging and position The IMK Group as a connector of qualified, quality job seekers. They maintain that their partnership with each company is vital in the employee-seeking process, emphasising their commitment to listening to client needs and executing rapid placements.
