The Human Touch

TheHumanTouch is a Canadian recruitment services company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, specialising in precision hiring and tailored talent solutions designed to drive business forward. The company is founded as The Human Touch Inc., a search practice specialising in leadership assignments and working with businesses undergoing change to deliver top-tier talent in both permanent and interim roles. The principal, Dilesh Soni, has a proven track record spanning work with startups, small-to-medium enterprises, and larger private equity-backed organisations, taking a collaborative and down-to-earth approach to aligning businesses with the right leaders.

TheHumanTouch offers three core service types: external full-time recruitment for employees committed to long-term company engagement in key leadership or specialised roles ensuring stability and continuity; interim recruitment for professionals hired on short-term, contract, or temporary basis for project-based work, employee absence coverage, or transitional gaps; and fractional recruitment providing part-time, high-level professionals working with multiple companies simultaneously, typically long-term but limited hours, commonly used for executive positions such as fractional CFOs, CEOs, CHROs, or CMOs. This fractional model allows companies to access top-tier talent without the cost of a full-time hire.

Dilesh Soni's deep industry knowledge, extensive network, and commitment to building strong relationships ensure tailored solutions that enhance both culture and performance. The firm's recruitment services are designed to deliver tailored talent solutions that drive business success and long-term growth. Client testimonials highlight their professionalism, thoughtfulness, and ability to find candidates meeting specific expertise requirements and creating positive long-term team impact.
