The Highfield Partnership

The Highfield Partnership is a consulting firm offering specialised search, in-house talent acquisition and HR advisory services. Tom Godber founded it in 2012 and is its managing partner. The firm says it has more than two decades of experience introducing talent to organisations making management level or executive appointments.

Its specialised fields are Human Resources and business change and transformation. HR assignments run from management to executive grade and cover generalist and specialist roles. Business change work includes programme directors, project management and ERP and technology change roles. The firm also provides senior interims and embedded talent consultancy, in which it supports clients' ongoing recruitment projects. It takes on both retained and contingent search assignments for clients ranging from large multi-nationals to SMEs and start-ups.

The firm works across all sectors and says it has particular experience in STEM related industries such as Engineering, Natural Resources, Consumer Goods, Technical Manufacturing and Technology. It also draws on a network of recruitment and HR associates.
