About the Agency
The Future Project Ltd is an independent tech recruitment agency that works with businesses in the UK and the US. It recruits for technology, product, data, design and digital transformation roles, with specialist areas in infrastructure, software, AI, data, test, ERP, finance, and projects and change. The company places permanent staff on a direct hire basis and supplies contractors, either as individuals or as full near-shore teams based mainly in Latin America and Eastern Europe, who are employed directly by it. It also offers contract-to-permanent placements and embedded or retained talent-partner models. It says it can hire and payroll people anywhere in the world through its in-house employment and compliance service.
The Future Project Ltd has offices in London and New York. Sam Jacobson and Jake Bloom are named as its founders.
