The Drexel Group

The Drexel Group is a staffing and temp agency based in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, serving the Harrisburg area. It was founded in 1994 in Harrisburg and says it has provided staff to employers in Pennsylvania, New York and nationwide from its Camp Hill office. It recruits for jobs in Harrisburg, York and Lebanon, Pennsylvania, and beyond.

The agency fills temporary, seasonal, temp-to-hire and direct hire jobs. Its specialties are hospitality, healthcare, call centres and light industrial work. In health services it recruits nurses, healthcare assessors, social workers, case managers and teleassessment professionals. It offers tailored pre-screening, training programmes and new hire orientations, and has opportunities for both English and Spanish speakers.

The company is locally owned and operated, and says it does not answer to a corporate home office in another state. It is certified as a locally owned and operated staffing agency by the Pennsylvania Bureau of Minority and Women Business Opportunities, and as a woman-owned business by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council. It says many of its team have been with it for 15 to 20 years.
