The Cmpny

The Cmpny is a Dutch staffing and recruitment company based in Eindhoven with 25 years of experience providing interim solutions, recruitment services, and payroll solutions. The company specialises in financial roles within middle and senior management, filling permanent and temporary positions without difficulty. Their distinguishing approach combines operational competence with personal client engagement, standing alongside clients rather than simply providing a service.

The Cmpny offers three core services: interim solutions (providing interim professionals for management finance positions and projects on a temporary basis), recruitment solutions (addressing the unpredictability of today's labour market through long-term partnerships and careful attention to each recruitment request), and payroll solutions (handling complex salarial processing for organisations with multiple international sites, managing compliance, international dynamics, security, and privacy concerns). The company is an Insights Discovery accredited practitioner, using behavioural assessment to develop leader and team effectiveness beyond standard recruitment.

Clients value The Cmpny for their industry knowledge, personal client relationships, commitment to understanding each organisation's unique culture and needs, and their track record of long-term partnerships with both candidates and employers. The company emphasises that genuine understanding of human dynamics leads to more successful placements and team performance.
