The Agway Recruitment

The Agway Recruitment is an Australian recruitment business focused on agriculture, run by Jess and Fiona, a mother-daughter team who both come from agricultural backgrounds. The company says it grew from conversations and a shared belief that recruitment could be more personal.

It recruits for on-farm positions, agribusinesses, office-based roles and corporate teams, and works with employers and job seekers across Australia. The roles it advertises include farm hands, station hands and a diesel mechanic.

According to the company, clients and candidates deal directly with Jess and Fiona from start to finish, with no call centres or account managers.
