Teqwork

Kr8worq, which trades as a handelsnaam of Teqwork B.V., is an uitzendbureau for bouw en techniek and sums up its work as sterk in werk. The company offers a flexible solution for work in construction and engineering and calls that its strength. Its reasoning is straightforward: an entrepreneur in bouw and techniek needs to be able to count on motivated tradespeople, and tradespeople need to be able to work in a responsible way for fair pay, so the company connects its clients with the right skilled people and lets both interests run hand in hand. Kr8worq is led by a team of involved professionals with years of experience in the staffing industry as well as in construction and engineering, among them director Richard Kersemakers and manager Maarten Ortmans.

The specialism is construction and engineering, and the site is organised around those two branches. Demand for work in bouw and techniek differs from day to day, so clients need a quick and flexible answer to their requirement for tradespeople while the tradespeople themselves need work that suits them. The company's stated ambition is to have a fitting answer to every request for work in those fields, and it says its long experience and its knowledge of the applicable laws and regulations are what secure that answer. Alongside placing employees it also brokers ZZP-ers, connecting self-employed tradespeople looking for suitable work with clients looking for a motivated professional, backed by the knowledge, experience and network it says that requires.

Kr8worq works from its hoofdvestiging at Steenstraat 70 in Boxmeer and a nevenvestiging at Kasteelstraat 33 in Ulestraten, and can be reached on 0485 762749 or [email protected]. It works daily with well established clients in construction and engineering, knows what is happening in that market and adapts its services to demand as it changes. Workers are promised fair pay, timely payment and the right tools, and both sides are told they can count on it.
