It recruits throughout the UK and says it works with hundreds of law firms, with over 10,000 solicitors registered with it. It also says a good share of its work has always been in London and the South East of England. Locum and interim assignments are handled by a related business, Interim Lawyers, and the wider group also offers law firm sales services. The company publishes monthly legal job market reports and careers advice for lawyers and law students.

Its head office is in Mold, North Wales, and it has offices in London, Derby, Brighton, Bristol, Coventry and Glasgow.
