In energy it covers LNG, renewables, hydrogen and the energy transition, and in infrastructure it covers transport, rail and urban development projects.

Each search follows four phases: a viability check that benchmarks salary against market data, a mapping of the talent landscape, direct approaches to candidates who would not apply through conventional channels, and a selection stage using behavioural science, career pattern analysis and reference validation.
