Tekalloy

Tekalloy is an engineering recruitment agency that places candidates at all levels, from shop floor roles to senior management. It recruits in sectors including aerospace, automotive, chemicals, consumer products, metals, mining, oil and gas, packaging, pharmaceuticals and general manufacturing.

Its work is primarily permanent placements, with temporary and contract placements also available. Roles are grouped into shop floor manufacturing, white collar technical engineering, maintenance and servicing, and senior appointments. They include machinists, welders, design engineers, process engineers, service engineers, robot and PLC programmers, and operations managers.

The company was founded by Luke Dugdale, an apprentice-trained engineer with several years of experience in production and manufacturing environments and almost a decade recruiting in both. Its approach is to research the client and the role before approaching candidates, and then to learn what candidates want from their next role.
