Teiken Global

Teiken Global is a 100% veteran-owned executive search and construction recruitment firm founded by co-founders with experience in austere environments. Based in Colorado with additional offices in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Florida, Teiken Global serves the construction and development industries across the United States.

The company was founded because its co-founders questioned whether the traditional recruitment industry truly served its purpose, concluding that change was necessary. In collaboration with contacts across high-performance military, sporting and business organisations, Teiken Global has developed practical and proven methodology addressing problems common across construction and engineering hiring.

Teiken Global's process combines real-time market intelligence generated through proprietary software with quantifiable baseline performance data, allowing the firm to identify and assess candidates objectively against what high performance actually looks like in each client's specific business. The company guarantees placement outcomes with a 12-month guarantee and provides key development points to ensure new hires are set up for success.
