TEEMA is a staffing and recruitment agency serving employers and candidates in the USA and Canada. It says it has worked as a staffing agency since 2007, and describes its origins as IT staffing and recruitment, from which it expanded into other skill areas organised as verticals. These cover technology, healthcare IT, healthcare practitioners in both countries, engineering, sales and marketing, accounting and finance, operations, supply chain and legal.

It offers contract, payroll and direct hire services, as well as executive search and retained services. In technology, it fills roles such as system and network administrators, architects, project managers, technical writers and AI engineers. It says its recruiters are paid only when they find a talent solution for a client.

The company is led by Jeremy Brown, President and CEO. It works with recruiters as Members, providing tools, training and mentorship, and reports more than 250 recruiting specialists and over 1,000 billing clients. It has a Canadian headquarters in Vancouver and a US headquarters in Litchfield Park, Arizona.
