Tecside

Tecside is an Australian-owned recruitment and contract staffing business with its head office in South Perth, Western Australia. It began in July 1996 as ATS Recruitment Services, founded by Leon Davies, Joe Scully, Steve Hill and Colin Gibbs, and rebranded as Tecside Group in December 2015 after joining with Tecside Personnel. Shayne Pollack has been chief executive since 2013.

The company recruits in engineering, mining and resources, oil, gas and energy, industrial and construction, manufacturing, logistics, accounting, human resources, power and renewables, rail and infrastructure, and maritime and defence. Its services include recruitment, international recruitment, contract staffing, labour hire, contract maintenance, safety consulting and payroll outsourcing. It says it has placed more than 80,000 temporary and permanent workers.

Tecside reports more than nine offices across Asia Pacific, over 1,800 employees and service to more than 26 countries. Its offices include Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Wollongong, as well as Malaysia, Singapore and New Zealand. Its safety management system is certified to ISO 45001:2018.
