TecqGroep

TecqGroep is a group of companies specialised in the placement of technical personnel, and it describes itself as the future techforce. The group believes that every group of specialists deserves a specific approach, which is why it offers that approach through several distinct companies and business units. Its operating companies make sure technical clients can call on the right specialists, and make sure those specialists find a workplace that suits their ambition and career level. Together the TecqGroep companies hold a strong position in the technical labour market and put hundreds of specialists to work each year. The group is the former Humares, has existed since 1976, and changed its name to TecqGroep in 2018 to underline its technical specialism.

The group works through three specialised labels covering the full technical spectrum. Tecforce handles white collar work at mbo+, hbo and academic level, while Redwave and Maintec handle blue collar work at vmbo and mbo level, and these are the companies responsible for the recruitment, selection, placement and detachering of that personnel. Between them they can place staff at every level within techniek, from higher educated white collar specialists to hands-on blue collar professionals. TecqGroep recently acquired Redwave and welcomed its shareholders into the group.

TecqGroep operates in the Netherlands and sets out a clear view of its market: economic unpredictability, growing internationalisation and an ageing population are producing a structural shortage of technical specialists, while flexibilisation of the labour market continues to increase under political scrutiny. Its answer is continuity and certainty for clients, delivered through training and the permanent development of the knowledge and competences of both its specialists and its own staff.
