Techka

Techka is a technical uitzendbureau that describes itself as sterk in technisch werk and as your partner in quality and service. As a technical staffing agency it acts as the link between a client company and the personnel it is looking for, supplying qualified workers from the Netherlands and from abroad. Those workers are deployed on temporary projects and on permanent appointments alike, and the company says its work is about more than delivering personnel: it aims to add value to a client's projects and to drive the growth of the business. Its services are uitzenden, ZZP-bemiddeling and werving en selectie, so an employer can hire flexibly, take on a self-employed specialist or recruit directly.

The company works in defined technical branches. It covers elektrotechniek, installatietechniek and metaaltechniek, supplies monteurs for duurzame energie and places vaklieden in de bouw. That mix takes in electrical and installation engineering, metalworking, the renewable energy installation trades and skilled construction crafts, all served by the same three service models. Employers can post a vacancy directly through the plaats vacature route on the site.

Techka operates from Holkerstraat 47A in Nijkerk and can be reached on 033 785 2953 or [email protected]. Clients hiring in labour are given the assurances the Dutch market expects: the company holds the SNA-keurmerk, works to NEN 4400-1, holds a VCA certificate for safety and publishes a verklaring betalingsgedrag confirming its payment behaviour to the tax authorities, with all certificates available to view on the site. Together with its own knowledge of the technical trades and its access to workers from both inside and outside the Netherlands, those certifications are the reasoning it offers employers for placing a technical staffing requirement with it.
