Techforce Personnel

Techforce Personnel is a privately owned recruitment and workforce management company founded in Australia in 2007, with its head office in Perth. It supplies qualified employees to industries across Australia and New Zealand, and says it also operates in Singapore and Indonesia. It has offices in Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, Brisbane and Newcastle.

The company recruits for mining and resources, shutdowns and maintenance, civil and construction, facilities management, healthcare, defence, and professional and technical roles, including executive search for white collar positions. Its services cover temporary and permanent recruitment, labour hire, workforce management, Indigenous engagement, project delivery partnership and outsourced recruitment, outsourced payrolling, and OHS, HR and industrial relations consultancy. For international recruitment it has an on-hire labour agreement with the federal Government and in-house migration teams.

It reports 1,500 on-hire workers payrolled weekly, more than 120 internal staff, and over 200 skilled workers migrated to Australia each year. Justin McNicol is Director and Chief Executive Officer.
