Teamwork One

Teamwork One is a recruitment agency built around Personalvermittlung and executive search for the Hotellerie and Gastronomie. Its business partners include hotels, restaurants and gastronomy operations at home and abroad, as well as hotel chains at the very top of the market. The agency argues that understanding hotels and restaurants is the precondition for working in this industry at all, and it points to the specialist knowledge of its consultants as the guarantee behind targeted candidate proposals. Open dialogue with clients and candidates is presented as the basis of the way it works.

The entire focus is hospitality and gastronomy, and the agency covers that market for both sides of the hiring conversation. Employees find consultants who will plan the next career step with them, who inform them fully about existing vacancies and job offers and who take their wishes seriously. Documents are handled confidentially and a candidate is only proposed to a client with their consent. The range of work on offer is broad, including jobs abroad, positions on board ships and roles close to home, which the agency puts down to good contacts with a large number of operations. For employers the model is success based, so costs arise only after a successful placement, and the close cooperation between the company's offices together with its internal structure is what it credits for the speed of its candidate search and pre-selection.

Teamwork One is run by Mag. Ernst Leunert from Schrannengasse 7a in Salzburg, Austria, and is reached on [email protected] or +43 664 46 18 528, with a contact form on the site for questions about a career move or a search. Clients and candidates are invited to get in touch directly about either side of the market. The combination of an international client base of top hotel groups, work that is charged only on success and consultants who know the industry from the inside is what the agency puts forward as its reason to be chosen.
