Teamtalent

TeamTalent is a Belgian company specialising in the recruitment and placement of professionals from shortage occupations in Belgium and across Europe. The company sources talent internationally, primarily from Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy, Romania and Algeria, to address imbalances in labour supply and demand. Services extend beyond recruitment to comprehensive relocation support and candidate preparation for international assignments.

TeamTalent focuses on critical shortage professions including IT specialists, nurses, drivers and HVAC engineers. The company offers bespoke language training through its own language centre in Spain, where candidates receive intensive Dutch language instruction over 10 weeks in small groups. Training combines university-approved methodology with profession-specific vocabulary and practical workplace communication.

Based in Zellik, Belgium, TeamTalent brings a warm, family-oriented approach to international labour migration. The company provides end-to-end support to both candidates and employers, managing recruitment, language training, relocation coordination and integration services. The language training centre in Spain offers immersive 10-week programmes with accommodation options and professional coaching delivered by qualified educators.
