Team Recruitment Limited

Team Recruitment Limited is a recruitment agency that works only in freight and logistics, placing people with employers across New Zealand. It says it has partnered with the industry since 1995, and it recruits for Freight, Shipping, Logistics and Supply Chain companies.

It handles permanent recruitment for roles from graduate to general manager, as well as temporary and contract work. Employers can also use parts of the service separately, including skills assessments, candidate shortlists, interview coaching, career guidance, salary and contract negotiations, sales coaching and off-site interview room hire. It also offers salary benchmarking advice for the New Zealand freight and logistics market.

The company has offices in Auckland, in the suburb of Penrose, and in Christchurch. It has been a member of the RSCA since its inception and belongs to industry bodies including WISTA, CBAFF and CILT. It says many of its consultants and support staff came from the freight or logistics industry.
